You wrap both bars of top quality chocolate in blue-and-silver gift wrap and place them under the Christmas tree. A pitiful bounty compared to the heaps of presents you shared with your parents and your sister two days ago, but the presents aren't the important part.
It's December 26th. You are alone now, but Helen, Cori and Ichika are due to arrive at your place soon for a one-night Christmas sleepover. Outside the house, it's already getting dark and it's still snowing, albeit gently.
